Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing our handmade custom dresses! In order to ensure that you can receive the perfect dress on time, we have developed a detailed shipping policy so that you can understand our arrangements and guarantees during the shipping process.
1. Production time
All dresses are handmade and customized, and each dress is tailored to your personalized needs, so the production time is usually 2-3 weeks. The specific production time depends on the complexity, design and current order volume of the dress. We will confirm the detailed delivery date with you after receiving the order.
Once the dress is completed and passes the quality inspection, you will receive a confirmation email to inform you that your order is ready for shipment.
2. Shipping methods, costs and shipping time
We mainly provide three shipping methods, mainly including standard shipping, priority shipping and expedited shipping.
Standard shipping: The shipping cost is US$35 and the shipping time is 10-15 working days. Usually use UPS, USPS.
Expedited shipping: The shipping cost is US$65 and the shipping time is 5-7 working days. Usually use FedEx and DHL.

Note: Total delivery time = production time + shipping time
Total delivery time for standard shipping: production time (10-15 working days) + shipping time (10-15 working days) = 20-30 working days
Total delivery time for expedited shipping: production time (10-15 working days) + shipping time (5-7 working days) = 15-22 working days
3. Delivery method
We work with reliable couriers such as FedEx and EMS to ensure that your dress is delivered safely and promptly. The specific delivery company is selected by us based on your order situation and destination.
4. Package tracking
All orders will be provided with a tracking number after shipment. You can use this number to check the delivery status of the package in real time on the official website of our cooperating courier company.
5. Address accuracy
Please make sure the delivery address you provide is accurate to avoid delays or losses due to incorrect addresses. If the package fails to be delivered smoothly due to incorrect addresses or other reasons, we will try our best to assist you in solving the problem, but the relevant re-delivery costs shall be borne by the customer.
6. Duties and Customs
For international orders, you may be required to pay customs or import duties in the destination country. Tax policies vary from country to country and the exact fees are determined by customs and are beyond our control. We recommend that you understand the relevant tax policies and verify the relevant information with your local customs department before placing an order.
