Thank you for choosing our handmade custom dresses! We are committed to providing you with perfect dresses tailored to your exact measurements. However, since our dresses are carefully crafted to your individual requirements, we have a specific return and exchange policy. 1. Size Issues
If the dress you received is significantly different from the size you confirmed (for example, 1-2cm error is allowed during the production process), please contact us within 7 days of receiving the goods, and we will provide you with modification or re-making services to ensure that you receive a dress that fits perfectly. Please note that the cost of modification is borne by us, and the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.
2. Quality Issues
We promise that all handmade custom dresses have undergone strict quality inspections to ensure high-quality workmanship and fabrics. If the dress you received has manufacturing defects or damage (such as tearing, stains, etc.), please contact us within 7 days after receiving the goods, and we will repair or replace it for you free of charge. At the same time, you need to provide pictures to prove the problem as detailed as possible. We will take pictures of the dress before shipping to avoid fraud.
3. Not eligible for return and exchange
For special custom-designed dresses (such as unique designs, specific fabrics, etc.), we do not provide return and exchange services. We recommend that you fully communicate with our customer service team before placing an order to ensure that the design and material meet your expectations
For accessories, we do not accept returns. Please note that accessories are final sales.
For custom and plus-size orders, we are sorry that we cannot accept returns, please pay attention to this policy, because even if you return them, we cannot sell them in the future.
For customers who order multiple dresses to try them on at home, then keep one and return the rest, as well as purchase the same dress in different sizes, we are sorry that we cannot accept returns. Because all clothes are made after payment, it is difficult to sell them even if they are returned. I hope you can understand.
4. Return and Exchange Process
If the return conditions are met, customers need to provide the following information:
Product order number
Photo of the dress (if there are quality problems or damage)
Contact customer service for a detailed return address Note: The address on the package is not the actual return address, it is just a transit station or the address of a shipping service provider/agent, and this address cannot receive returns.
If you need to return, please provide the detailed order number + tracking number + logistics method/delivery method. The returned goods must be in their original condition and must not be worn, torn or odorous.

5. Refund Statement
1.All returned dresses must be inspected. When we confirm that the product has the problem you mentioned, we will process the refund. After we process your refund, it usually takes 10-15 business days for the funds to be returned to your account, depending on your bank or payment service. Your bank or payment service may charge a small transaction fee. Once we receive the returned dress, we will review and process the refund within 2-3 business days.
2. After we receive the returned dress, we will refund (shipping and expedited order service fees are non-refundable, and a 10% restocking fee will be charged, for higher-priced, complex beading, sequins and embroidery styles, deducted according to specific costs) If you return the product, we will not be responsible for the return-related costs.
